Fruits contain the most vitamin C of any known ground tomato. Its characteristic feature is its beautiful color (watermelon color), genetically determined. The fruit is fleshy, with a large number of seed chambers, hard, resistant to cracking and crushing. Very tasty, the right ratio of sugars to acids and the right amount of organic acids determine the suitability for processing.
