Spinach ‘New Zealand’
An annual plant with creeping, strongly branched shoots and dark green, diamond-shaped, fleshy leaves with a light, crystalline coating. It is advisable to cut the shoots frequently in order to obtain a higher yield. Recommended for freezing and for the fresh vegetable market. Sowing directly into the ground. It yields from June until the first frost. It contains large amounts of vitamin. C and provitamins A and mineral salts.
