Very early and productive variety. The fruits are short, cylindrical, green with few warts, best harvested when they reach 3-5 cm in length. Particularly useful for canning as gherkins.

Sow seeds in May in rows every 80-100 cm. Sow in rows singly or in nests of 2-3 seeds every 15 cm. Requires heavily fertilized, water-rich, permeable, warm soil.
