Sorrel
Perennial plant. Sorrel leaves contain large amounts of iron, vitamins C, A and B, and soluble potassium oxalates, which give them their distinctive flavor. Frost-resistant, can stay in one place for 3-4 years.
It grows well in any soil. Sow in the ground in early spring or in August for harvest the following year.
