Cucumber Śremski Nowy F1 is an improved version of the most popular variety among field cucumbers. The winner of the prestigious award – the Gardenia 2015 gold medal – is an exceptionally abundant grower. The early-appearing fruits are intense green in color, with a delicate marble pattern and faint streaks along ¼ of their length. The skin does not tend to turn yellow. The entire surface is marked by medium-dense, thick papillae. The fruit does not grow thick, giving a beautiful, even harvest until the very end of the season. Resistant to cucurbit scab and highly tolerant to downy mildew, Śremski Nowy F1 is an excellent successor to the traditional variety. Due to the very high yield and length of the fruit, the variety must be fertilized carefully and in accordance with the recommendations. This applies especially to doses of potassium fertilizers.
