Cold pressed oils what does it mean?

The traditional method of extracting oil from the grains is to squeeze it in a press. Although you can find traditional pressed oils in supermarkets, they are usually not cold-pressed. They are different from cold pressed oils, first of all, by the temperature at which they are produced. In the production of cold-pressed oils, it must not exceed 40, maximum 50 degrees Celsius.
