Beetroot – a mixture of colors

The roots of these valuable and healthy vegetables are available in almost a full range of colors. They vary in terms of the color of the flesh and skin – on the market you will find pink, yellow, orange and white beets that will surprise many plant enthusiasts. Now you can grow them all in your vegetable garden!

To enjoy colorful beets, sow the seeds directly into the ground in spring, to a depth of approx. 2-3 cm. Grow the plants in such a way as to leave 5-8 cm of space between them. You will get multi-colored roots at the end of summer or autumn – remember, the earlier the spring sowing, the faster the harvest.
