Hilton Chinese cabbage is a vegetable intended for direct consumption. It can be eaten raw in salads or raw vegetables or after cooking and pickling. Chinese cabbage contains up to three times more easily digestible protein than white cabbage. It also contains larger amounts of vitamin C and provitamin A, phosphorus salts, calcium and iron, and fiber.
