Long, creamy-white root with a compact, aromatic, tasty flesh that does not darken. Lush, dark green. The roots and leaves contain sugars, protein, provitamin A, vitamins B (group), C, essential oils. Parsley prefers a sunny position, with a fertile, humus soil that retains water. Cultivation in the second year after fertilization with manure.
