Orders
Orders can be placed by selecting “add to cart” and then clicking cart to proceed to checkout. Finally, the user completes the process and clicks “pay now” to confirm the order. Please read and check your order carefully before placing it. However, if you want to correct any mistakes, you can do so before submitting it to us. We may contact you to tell you that we are not accepting your order.
This usually happens for the following reasons:
- goods or services are not available
- you cannot buy goods or services from us;
- we cannot authorize your payment
- there is an error in the valuation or description of goods or services.
Order fulfillment time
The order fulfillment time is up to 5 business days or otherwise, if so stated in product description.
Prices and payment methods
- Commodity prices are given in British pound sterling (£) (GBP);
- The customer can choose the following payment methods:
a) bank transfer to the seller’s bank account
b) electronic payment: paypal, Stripe
Your credit or debit card will only be charged after your order has been confirmed.
The return can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be in the “as is” condition
was delivered. It cannot be used during this period.
