Melissa
The herbal raw material is lemon balm herb or, less frequently, lemon balm leaf collected at the beginning of flowering.
They contain lemon-scented essential oil. It has a calming, antispasmodic, carminative effect, lowers blood pressure, and cleanses
the body of toxins. Sow seeds to a warm hotbed from mid-March or directly to the ground after May 15.
Harvest in the first year of cultivation in August, in the following years a double harvest (VI-VII, VIII-IX).
